SilhouetteWrap

SilhouetteWrap

Available in Danish and English (remember to choose)

SilhouetteWrap is knitted from the top down in a light bamboo mix. The body is shaped with increases and decreases that follow the feminine silhouette, creating an elegant look. After the body, the long, wide ties are worked and can be wrapped around the waist. Finally, the sleeves are worked, with three length options included in the pattern: sleeveless, short sleeves, or long sleeves.

Difficulty level

Difficulty level: 2-3⭐️ out of 5⭐️ (mainly because of german shortrows along the sleeves)

Description of difficulty levels

1⭐️ out of 5⭐️

Patterns marked with 1⭐️ are suitable for beginners, there are help videos and no difficult techniques.

2⭐️ out of 5⭐️

Patterns marked with 2⭐️ are suitable for the slightly experienced knitter who still doesn't want difficult techniques but a project with a bit more detail.

3⭐️ out of 5⭐️

Here you'll find slightly more advanced techniques such as German short rows or colorwork. Still not so difficult that you can't learn it – helpful videos and detailed instructions are included, as always.

4 and 5⭐️ out of 5⭐️

I don't yet have patterns that complicated or full of difficult techniques if these levels apply. They are simply there so that the knitter can put the degrees of difficulty into perspective.

Washing instructions

Hand wash or machine wash on a wool program at 40°C / 104°F using a wool detergent. Do not soak the garment. Dry it flat on top of a towel – ideally on a heated floor. If you have blocking mats, it is recommended to pin out the ties and edges to shape. Alternatively, you can place something heavy, such as a book, on top of the edges to keep them flat and prevent rolling.

Remember that your project will take its final shape after being washed, as the stitches are allowed to become more uniform. At the same time, you also wash the excess color out of the material that your project is knitted in. You can always read more about it online or search for videos that can help you with the process.

Note! This is NOT a physical product, but a knitting pattern – purchase at your own risk! Remember to check the language before buying.
